Post-sunset Pier




25 July 2013:

Taken yesterday evening, this image fits the recent mood of our cool, cloudy weather. If any of you are too hot back in the midwest, come on out!

Pin hole 'lens' (Lens Baby), 67 second exposure, ISO 400, 10 minutes after the sun set behind heavy clouds. I am amazed at the amount of detail you can see with the pin hole lens. Maybe I will post another one of these tomorrow.

  1. Wow! I like it! I wanted to do similar shots on the beaches in the Outer Hebrides, but lacked a tripod.

    I'd be curious to see how this shot would look with your regular lens, just to see how the pinhole lens affects the image.
